我在搞笑 却在最后 眼泪拼命掉
Was listening to a sermon on "Contentment".
Am I contented with my life? Of cause I'm not! Complaints complaints and more complaints.
But thats exactly what the devil is wishing for! DISSATISFACTION!
Did you realized everyone around you, they are complaining?
Finding faults in everything.
So many whys, finding faults in everything I could think of. When you think about all the faults, you will not be contented, and when you are not contented, you will feel dissatisfied, and you will live your life in MISERY because you will keep feeling sorry for yourself while others don't give a DAMN about how you feel.
But sometimes, you should really think on the OTHER side of everything, things that you should be contented.
I have a happy family, with Dad, Mom and my Sister.
I am healthy! I have eyes to see, ears to hear, mouth to eat and speak, nose to smell and hands to touch.
I have no lack of food or drinks.
I am safe. I have a room, I have a bed, I have a computer, I have TV in my room, I have everything I need and want.
Then you will know, and realized, you are actually so fortunate, so blessed, so contented.
A short story to share before I end this post.
There was once an old married couple, who went for a vacation for their 40th wedding anniversary. They strolled at the beach, holding hands. And suddenly, they chanced upon, a wishing lamp.
A genie appeared and said,"I will grant each of you, one wish."
The old lady was happy and replied,"I want to be healthy." And she felt healthier then ever.
The old man signaled the genie to one side and said,"I want to have a wife, who is 30years younger then me!"
And poof! The old man became 90 years old.
